If your order has been shipped and your tracking is showing that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please do the following:
- Double check that the shipping address on your order is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Ask your neighbor if it may have been delivered to them by accident
- Wait 48 hours. Sometimes a shipping courier can preemptively mark an order as delivered a day or two before it is delivered.
- Contact us via the Support Beacon within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will do what we can to help
