I have not received my order, but it is marked as delivered.

If your order has been shipped and your tracking is showing that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please do the following:  

  • Double check that the shipping address on your order is correct 
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery 
  • Ask your neighbor if it may have been delivered to them by accident 
  • Wait 48 hours. Sometimes a shipping courier can preemptively mark an order as delivered a day or two before it is delivered. 
  • Contact us via the Support Beacon within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will do what we can to help
