Order Information and Status

You can check on your order information and status by logging into the site and navigating to the Orders tab on the left-hand side of the page.  

If you don't know your login you can go to the login page and request a password reset

Please note it can take over 5 minutes and up to 30 minutes with the current system load to get your password reset email.  


Order Status Rundown:

Failed - The payment method failed and the order has not been successfully submitted.

Payment Pending - The payment is still in the process of being confirmed by your bank.

Processing - Your order has been successfully submitted and is waiting to be fulfilled.

Completed - Your order has shipped.

On Hold - The order has been successfully submitted but is on hold due to customer request.

Canceled - Your order was refunded and canceled.
